What membership includes

A compliance calendar filtered to the standards you deliver, a feed showing changes that affect you, levy forecasting against your own figures, an off-the-job position against published minimums, and a board report you can print. The public parts of the site — the feed, articles, standards register and funding rules index — are free and always will be.

What it costs

, taken monthly by Stripe until you cancel. We will tell you at least 30 days before any price change, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from your account page. It takes two clicks and needs no email or phone call. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, and you are not charged again.

If you are an individual rather than a business, you also have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of joining for a full refund. Email us and we will process it.

What this site is, and is not

Skills Radar summarises and indexes published information about apprenticeship funding, standards and T-Levels. It is a tool for finding and understanding what has changed. It is not legal, financial or compliance advice, and it does not replace the funding rules.

Every figure and every article links to its source, and where something is compiled automatically from a register rather than written by a person, the page says so. Before you act on anything here — particularly a deadline, a funding band, an off-the-job requirement or an eligibility rule — check it against the source we link to. Government guidance changes, sometimes without notice, and there will be periods when this site is behind it.

Levy and off-the-job figures are estimates based on what you enter. They are a planning aid, not a statement of your account. Your Apprenticeship Service account is the authority on what you actually hold and owe.

Your responsibilities

Keep your password to yourself. Membership is for one person — if colleagues need access, they need their own accounts. Do not republish substantial parts of the site as your own, and do not scrape it.

Our responsibilities

We will make a reasonable effort to keep the site accurate and available, and to tell you when something significant changes. We cannot promise it will never be wrong or never be down.

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous twelve months. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud, because it cannot.

Ending your membership

You can leave at any time. We can end a membership if it is being misused, and will refund any unused period if we do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
